vcard export did not generate vcard files with person’s name.

I wanted to use the vcard (vcf) export function mainly. It works fine, but the resulting vcf files
have filenames like person0.vcf, person1.vcf, etc.
This makes it really difficult to reuse the resulting files.
This .csv export function worked fine even with German char set with UTF-16 setting.
